Terror In California

In April of 2024, nearly two years ago, I wrote the following…

TERROR IN CALIFORNIA

So these blog pages focus on two points of interest about California:  Senate Bill 107 that was passed over a year ago in California and the kidnapping of Riley Gaines on April 6, 2023.

Of course, there’s more to the injustice of California in recent years, like how protestors are allowed to stop traffic on bridges for hours and face little punishment or no incarceration.  Or how California’s current governor refusing to meet with the state’s 15 sheriffs and how he has worked to close down prisons, letting prisoners out early, and never consulting with the public safety experts.  Or the state’s attempt at the mandate to steal from people who never owned slaves and to give that stolen money to people who never were slaves.

(I mean, my goodness, I could possibly write a blog essay about the terror of California without mentioning Senate Bill 107 or the kidnapping of Riley Gaines.)

And there’s likely even more to California terror and injustice, but since I’m not yet getting paid a dime to work on my blog, then I’m not obligated to be thorough and complete with this writing…

Senate Bill 107  Section 5A says that a court in California has temporary emergency jurisdiction if a child is present in the state…and is unable to obtain gender affirming healthcare or gender affirming mental health.  Parents could lose the right to their children to a California court.

This law is saying that children are in the driver’s seat in regards to gender transition over the rights of their parents.  There’s no age restriction to this law.

An unfit parent could bring their child to California and declare that the child is there to receive gender transition and basically override the custody agreement that a court from a different state has reached.

There are dangerous incentives that the law creates for children to run away to California or for an unfit parent to take the child to California.

Through telehealth, SB107 stretches the arm of the California courts into other states.  A child outside of California expressing an interest in gender transition could consult with a doctor in California online…and those medical records would be kept secret from those parents under SB107.

There are many gender clinics in California that are targeting children.  There’s often no discussion of the very high rates of young people who stop identifying as the opposite sex later on.  California is rushing more and more children into these drastic, destructive irreversible decisions.

Riley Gaines’ kidnapped in San Francisco.  April 6, 2023.

There was once extended, unedited video & audio footage of Riley Gaines being ambushed and kidnapped by a hateful, vicious mob.  But that extended, unedited video and audio footage is getting harder and harder to find.

So maybe we need to use Amon Goeth’s 1943 speech to the whole incident in San Francisco on April 6 of last year.

  • After all, there were no arrests of anyone from the mob.
  • After all, the University Police Department suspended their investigation after they concluded that “claims” of crimes committed were “unfounded”.
  • After all, the Golden Gate Xpress kept using the words “claim” and “alleged” when describing Riley Gaines’ words and testimony, as if she was lying and that the whole story was simply made up.
  • After all, an authority figure for the university described the protestors as “peaceful”.
  • After all, nearly all mainstream media sources who use print media completely left out that story in their year-end summaries. Media sources like Time, USAToday, The Week, and even The World Almanac completely left out the story…even when they were describing the events of last April.
  • After all, extended and unedited video (& audio) footage of the incident is no longer easy to find when using big tech sites like YouTube.

So maybe, just maybe, words from that 1943 speech need to be applied to the incident from April 6, 2023, in much the same way I applied them to all that evidence about ditching the television on Sep 3, 2022.  That seems to be what people want.
