From Haggai…

  • “Give careful thought to your ways… Give careful thought to your ways…And the people feared the LORD…”I am with you,” declares the LORD.
  • “But now be strong…Be strong…Be strong, all you people of the land…and work.  For I am with you,” declares the LORD Almighty…”And my Spirit remains among you.  Do not fear.”
  • “Now give careful thought to this from this day on…From this day on, give careful thought…Give careful thought….From this day on, I will bless you….for I have chosen you.”

 

1 Corinthians 15 …

  • “If you hold firmly to the Word I preached to you.  Otherwise, you have believed in vain.”
  • “For I am the least…But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace to me was not without effect.”
  • “And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile; you are still in your sins…”
  • Do not be misled:  “Bad company corrupts good character.”  Come back to your senses as you ought, and stop sinning; for there are some who are ignorant of God –I say this to you shame.

From Proverbs 28

  • The one whose walk is blameless is kept safe, but the one whose ways are perverse will fall into the pit.
